Opening Word For Church Anniversary

The lemniscate and Augenaffirmationen

Patricia sent me the following mail:
"I have a question about using affirmations. You write that if you follow during the recitation with your eyes, the shape of a lemniscate (the infinity symbol or figure eight), then you integrate the affirmation deep in your subconscious. "

It is not clear to me whether I actually have two eyes lying to describe night (turn up the eyes) and if I do it with eyes closed or open? Or do I just close my eyes and imagine a figure eight before? "

It is the purpose of the exercise with open eyes the shape of a lemniscate, which also is called Tibetan Eight 'to describe. First, you look right up, then right, then further down, then left in the middle, then left to the top, then left, then down, and always so. It is also a good exercise for your eyes if you as much working on the computer. During the recitation of an affirmation to the effect that both halves of the brain are stimulated and so work together. In this way the affirmation will need access to the left and the right brain, instead of being recorded only on the intellectual side. The pace at which you run the lemniscate may not be very fast and can still be quite slow. Listen to this, especially yourself!

When we talk about before my eyes, I immediately add a few nice add affirmations for your eyes:

affectionate look I myself, I carefully consider my mistakes. I see all my fantastic qualities.
I see very clearly what I am looking for a splendid man.
