Better a short! ORANGE
day I was busy with a fairly long affirmation for myself. And perhaps because it was so hard for me to accept this affirmation as truth, I managed not just me noticing this affirmation. . . Desperate, I asked myself again and again the question of why it could not simply be a short but powerful affirmation. Every month I send
readers of my affirmation of the month a couple of questionnaires in which I ask, among other things, whether their preference starts after a longer or shorter affirmation. It is of course possible that I put the question wrong, But it is striking that specify only a few people who would not mind them at all, and preferably no longer Affirmation!
It's actually logical: We all have much to do, we do not spend much time on our long and affirmations affirmations are also far more difficult to integrate into our system!
But while I struggled with my long, difficult to accept affirmation, I was suddenly aware of the following: Short is not always powerful. Sometimes just the struggle, the practice, the constant repeating what we need to penetrate to us entirely from a new truth to make - to accept them through and through and with our whole system as truth.
And suddenly I realized: either I am fighting to continue this long, difficult 'affirmation, or I finally rings through to them to learn by heart now and forever.
this affirmation I have a hundred, no, read two hundred times before she was finally enshrined in my head. And then I had to start even with the visualization and display the corresponding sense (two techniques that enhance the effect of the Affirmation). Finally I had a whole evening and then again two more weeks later, this affirmation to work (and if I think they need to, I can retrieve them at any time).
Which affirmation I speak? It was written by Louise Hay and comes from her book "You Can Heal Your Life":
I hand over the power of life and provide leave the universe for everything I need and in an easy and comfortable way. Life is mine!
This affirmation was written for people with migraine. And? In fact, I have since suffered no more migraines.
