Man Walk I O Babysitter In Bath
reader Carina had affirmations following remark: learn An affirmation, in the more specific and more active 'written language, I as a stronger Affirmation. If we take the affirmations of March as an example: the affirmation "I am aware of her contact with the earth" is given concrete form and active. The Extraaffirmation "If I'm grounded, can grow my intuition," however, describes a cause and consequence and would be stronger if they are in a concrete, active language would be written as: "I'm grounded and can grow my intuition."
My reaction:
What you write is true, perfect. But there is another option, such as affirmations can contribute. The first possibility is that you call: A specific action initiate . The second possibility is that creating a new conviction .
The affirmation "I am aware of her contact with the earth" is a good example to respond to the first one. It is aims to program in an action in your brain so that they now and then of course comes to the surface, and then you realize that executing action - which in this case you consciously make contact with Earth.
your affirmation "I am grounded and grow my intuition" may fall under the same category, even though I own a little different, as follows, would formulate "I'm grounded. My intuition is any Days bigger and bigger. "
The use of the word can, 'weakens the affirmation in this case from.
The second affirmation "If I'm grounded, can grow my intuition" is an example of the second category Affirmations: An old belief is either overwritten or you take a new conviction, a new idea in you. Sometimes you need such a conviction, as it would not work often without an action-oriented affirmation. For example: Action-oriented
Affirmation:
I take time each day for myself
Now go like this from that you harbor the unconscious belief that taking time for yourself with laziness or selfishness is connected. In this case, it is purposeful and good to work with a conviction based affirmation, such as:
If I take every day on my own time, I am a better mother (father / employee / person / etc).
The action-oriented affirmation "I take time each day for myself" and "I am a good mother" have a different effect.
I hope this statement clarifies everything!
